How to get accepted into camp?

Who should apply

Girls 12 - 15 looking for a week of fun and engaging activities - our goal is to inspire girls to be who they are and dream who they will become.  (16 and 17 year olds who have been to camp previously, may apply to be teen coaches.)

Application

Applicants are accepted on a first come first serve basis, based on camp selection criteria. Applications may be faxed to 602-392-0701 or emailed to info@wingstofly.info.

Space is still available, the application indicates that payments must be made by May 1, that has been extended for new applications to June 1.  All fees must be paid (or payment arrangements set up) prior to the start of your camp session.

Tuition
Tuition to our summer camp is $995 and Includes 7 days and 7 nights of camp, 3 healthy meals daily and snacks, certified coaches, research proven instruction, activity costs and follow up phone coaching for the parent or primary caregiver.

A $50 non-refundable deposit will be due within 14 days from date of application acceptance.

Scholarships
The Wings to Fly Scholarship Program is made available through the generous support of individual and corporate donations.  Based on the donation amounts, Wings to Fly is able to provide assistance to families with financial need who may otherwise not be able to afford the camp fees.  We do this through a "sliding scale" model where the amount of support offered is based on the gross income of parents or guardians. 

This sliding scale financial assistance is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Therefore it is important that you apply for Financial Assistance as soon as possible.  Please click here to view the chart to see if you qualify.

Helpful Hints:  To calculate your gross income, take the gross income from page 1 of your tax return and add any non-taxable income such as child support or social security benefits.  That will be the number to use when determining if you qualify.  If your application is accepted, we will require a copy of page 1 of your tax return to verify income and the number of dependents.
